    1 Minute Jump Rope Core Twist

    10 Hip Thrust: Squat Down then Jump Back to top of a Push Up Position-Then Jump Up to Standing and Lunge Back with Front a Kick on each Leg.

    10 Hanging Knee Raises or Leg Lifts Laying on your back.

    10 Dive Bombers: Upward Dog Position shift weight forward in a wave motion down to a Pushup then press back up to downward dog.
