    Get Fit Package: This package includes a fitness assessment with your personal training sessions. The fitness assessment determines your current fitness level, identifies your strengths and areas to focus on to improve overall physical fitness, health and avoid injuries.  A customized fitness program will be designed based on your fitness assessment.

    Jump Start Package: This is for someone looking to improve their overall well being.  The focus is on identifying a sport, activity or style of exercise that you will enjoy.  We will run on the beach, bike around the city, play sports and focus on all variations of fitness. This package includes the fitness assessment from the GET FIT package. In addition you’ll receive a complete diet and nutrition analysis to help you make the best food choices and change your eating habits.

    Lifestyle Package: This package includes the fitness assessment from the GET FIT package, in addition a comprehensive goal tracking system and follow up assessment test to measure progress.  You will receive an analysis of your current diet and nutrition consultation to help you lose weight, burn fat and maintain a healthy diet.  Your personalized workout plans will not only address your goals, but also work with your schedule to ensure you stay on tract.  You’ll receive workout plans you can do on your own and when you’re traveling.   We provide all the tools and resources to change your lifestyle.
